Book Care
1. Books travel best in school, when they are securely under your arm so they don’t fall to the floor.
2. If you take your books home, the best way to carry them is in a backpack.
3. Keep your books away from younger children who might scribble in or tear pages.
4. To prevent page tears when turning pages, carefully use the top or bottom corners to turn your pages.
5. Books need clean hands to prevent food smudges. Yuck!
6. Keep books away from pets. They don’t know how to care for books.
7. Books need to be returned on time so that other students can enjoy them.
