Mission Statement

Humann’s Library Media Program strives to ensure that students and staff are effective users of ideas and information by

1. providing access to resources in a variety of formats and appropriate reading levels

2. teaching the skills necessary to locate, use and evaluate those resources

3. collaborating with teachers in designing learning strategies to meet the needs of the students

4. encouraging a love of reading and an appreciation of books
