After School Book Club
If you like to read and discuss books, and meet new people, this may be the club for you. Completion of an application form is required and available in the Media Center. Only 14 students will be participating and acceptance will be in the order received. If you return the form after the first twenty, your name will be put on a waiting list. This is for both male and female students in all grades. We meet once a month from September through April. Each month, students will receive a different book to read within the month’s time. We will discuss the book and have a planned activity.
Meetings will take place in the Media Center from 3:10 - 4:00.
Wednesday, APRIL 16 was our last meeting and we had a lively discussion of the book, The Twisted Windo by Lois Duncan.
In the fall of 2008, I will announce when the program starts and have applications for students to complete.
