The mission of the Mickle library media center program is to ensure that students and staff are
effective users of ideas and information.
The media center empowers students to be critical thinkers, enthusiastic readers, skillful researchers, and ethical users of information by:
*collaborating with student and staff to design high quality learning experiences.
*instructing students and staff in using, evaluating and producing information and ideas using variety of tools and technologies.
*providing access to up-to-date, high quality print and media resources
*anticipating changes in technology and education and training staff and students accordingly.
