Meet Mrs. TOnce upon a time, Julie Tegeler was born in Jefferson City, Missouri. Reading was a daily event in her life. As a young child, her favorite book characters included Clifford and Curious George. Eventually she moved on to Bevery Cleary and Judy Blume books. Realizing she wanted to share her love of reading with children, Mrs. Tegeler went to Concordia University in Seward, NE. She is currently working on her Masters at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Mrs. Tegeler taught reading at Culler Middle School for 9 years. This is Mrs. Tegeler's 2nd year as Library Media Specialist at Pershing Elementary.
